National Industrialization Co.’s (Tasnee) board of directors approved, on July 4, reappointing Mubarak Al Khafrah as Chairman and Talal Al Maiman as Vice-Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

In addition, the board formed the executive committee, to be headed by Mubarak Al Khafrah, as well as the nomination and remuneration committee, to be chaired by Abdulrahman Al Sayyari.

 

Shareholders approved, during the ordinary general meeting held on April 20, forming the audit committee for a three-year term starting July 6, 2022. The committee, headed by Sami Alshenaiber, includes the following members Bader Aldakhil, Musaab Al Muhaidib and Maher Alaiyadhi.
