Sakani program offers 2,670 free land plots to beneficiaries in 4 regions

The Sakani program announced today, June 30, offering 2,670 free land plots to beneficiaries, within the housing schemes it had previously offered through its online portal.

The program revealed that the offered land plots are located within 13 housing schemes, distributed over four regions. 

In Riyadh Region, there are six schemes, including three in Al-Dawadmi Governorate, providing a total of 626 land plots, one scheme in Al-Quwayiyah (281 plots), one in Afif (112 plots), and one in Thadeq (53 plots). 

Meanwhile, the Eastern Region has five schemes, including three in the Olaya village with a total of 733 plots, and two schemes in Hafr Al-Batin (550 plots). 

Hail Region also includes a single plot located in Baqaa Governorate, with 49 plots. Makkah Region - specifically Taif Governorate – has a single scheme that provides 266 plots. 

The program stated that the infrastructure works are underway in the schemes, adding that the beneficiaries can visit the Sakani website, then select “residential solutions” and then click “free residential lands”, to select the “appropriate scheme”.
