Al-Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders will vote on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term that will begin on July 18, 2022, during an ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on June 30, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing an auditor and setting their fees.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.

 

Other agenda items include approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021, approving a number of business contracts concluded by the company, and authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
