Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s (SSP) board of directors approved on June 7 the appointments of Mohammed Al Shayea as Chairman and Carlos Ferreyra as Vice Chairman and Secretary, the steel pipe producer said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

In addition, the board gave the go-ahead for the reappointment of Mariano Lamazares as Managing Director and CEO, starting June 7, 2022.

 

In addition, the statement noted that the formation of the audit committee, as well as its regulations, duties and members’ remuneration, was approved by the ordinary general meeting held on May 24, for the three-year term starting June 7, 2022.
