Third phase of housing strategy to be more diversified as from 2025: Minister

As from the year 2025, the third phase of the housing strategy will be more diversified, as the focus will be on the user experience, Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hogail said in his statement at the “Investment Developments in the Kingdom – Q1 2022” report.

The municipal sector will therefore be involved in the housing projects that create more aesthetic cities with more acceptable designs, the minister added.

The ministry will introduce more investment opportunities and will privatize some of the sectors that provide high quality services, said Al-Hogail.

The minister also confirmed that the ministry, in partnership with real estate developers, is working on providing 300,000 housing units throughout the Kingdom by 2025, as it focuses on building versatile communities and properties.
