Marifa Capital, the financial advisor on the potential offering of Amwaj International Co., announced that the subscription to 600,000 shares, or 10% of Amwaj’s capital, on Nomu - Parallel Market, at SAR 72 per share was completed.

 

The offering was 976% oversubscribed, according to a bourse filing.  

 

The subscription period ran from May 22-25, the company added. 

 

Marifa Capital will coordinate with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to determine the date of the share listing on Nomu.
