The Maskan Real Estate Exhibition

Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, launched the Maskan Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh.

 

The ministry signed seven agreements with several real estate developers and launched five real estate funds to provide nearly 5,000 residential units, the state-owned SPA reported.

 

The Maskan Real Estate Exhibition is a qualitative addition to the economic and social development in the Kingdom, with the participation of a large number of partners in the real estate sector.

 

The new housing supply in Riyadh neared 61,300 homes in 2021. Moreover, the Sakani program served more than 100,000 beneficiaries in Riyadh from 2018 to early 2021.

 

The number of plants linked to the property sector rose by 31% of total facilities in the Kingdom by the end of Q3 2021, Al-Hogail added.
