Naseej Communication stock to debut on May 24

Naseej for Communication and Information Technology Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on Tuesday, May 24, with the symbol 9538 and ISIN Code: SA15IH34L116, Tadawul said in a statement.

 

The stock will have daily price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and static fluctuation limits of +/-10%.

 

In March, the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company’s application to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

Naseej Communication announced, on April 20, the registration document for listing its shares on Nomu-Parallel Market.
