Almarai Co.’s shareholders are set to elect members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Aug. 7, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on June 14.

 

They will also elect members of the audit committee for the same term and vote on the audit committee charter.

 

The e-voting on agenda items will start from June 12 via Tadawulaty services.
