Saudi Steel Pipe Co. (SSP) said in a bourse filing it was awarded today, May 16, a SAR 139 million contract from Uruguay’s Tenaris Global Services (TGS).

 

Under the contract, SSP will supply oil, gas, and steel pipes to TGS for a period of four months.

 

The relevant financial impact will likely appear on the financial results of Q3, Q4 2022.

 

TGS is a related party, the statement added.
