RESTATEX launches in partnership with Argaam today

Riyadh RESTATEX Real Estate Expo kicked off today, March 1, under the auspices of Majed Al Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. The event will run from March 1-4.

RESTATEX will focus on the developments in the real estate sector and future investments. It will also shed light on the major business activities and new residential projects by developers, as well as the promotions offered by banks and financing firms to beneficiaries.

Moreover, some workshops will be organized on the sidelines of the exhibition to discuss idle land fees, Sakani solutions, the impact of Ejar portal on the market by improving investment environment, along with strengthening the culture of coexistence in jointly-owned properties, and the impact of sustainable building on the real estate market.

Mohammed Hussein Al-Farraj, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RESTATEX, said the exhibition is held on a total area of 15,000 square meters, with the participation of several government real estate authorities, housing and financing firms, and other parties interested in the industry.

Argaam team will have a special coverage for the event and will also interview prominent figures of participant real estate firms, and other officials.
