Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz

The Saudi Cabinet, in its meeting held today, March 1, under the chairmanship of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, approved the formation of a committee for the production of vaccines and biomedicines, which will be headed by the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources.

 

The committee will be the competent authority in the Kingdom with regard to regulating and producing biomedicines, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

Meanwhile, the Cabinet decided to assign the tasks of establishing, operating, maintaining and reconstructing the dam water and groundwater purification plants, whose daily production capacities exceed 5,000 cubic meters, to the Saline Water Conversion Corporation.
