Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) announced that it will distribute tomorrow, Feb. 21, a total amount of SAR 15.14 million, as compensation to the rights issue owners who did not subscribe to the new shares and those eligible for fractional shares.
The company will deposit the funds in the eligible investors’ accounts, it said in a bourse statement.
The rights subscription period ended on Jan. 10, according to data available with Argaam.
Rights trading period started on Jan. 3, to increase the company’s capital from SAR 141 million to SAR 291 million.
