stc to start e-voting for OGM on Feb. 17

stc will start, on Feb. 17, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Feb. 21, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders are to vote on the business contracts with Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co., in which board member Jameel Al-Mulhem has an indirect interest, Argaam earlier reported.

Shareholders will also vote on appointing an auditor from the selected candidates based on the audit committee's recommendation, to review the financials for Q2, Q3, 2022 and Q1 2023.
