Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Patrick Thiels as a non-executive board member, effective as of Jan. 1, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

Thiels will replace board member Herve Gloaguen, who resigned on Dec. 31, 2021, due to personal reasons.

 

Thiels started with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty in 2013 as Regional CEO Mediterranean France & Benelux. He is still occupying his position with Allianz Global Corporate& Specialty as a Managing Director Regional Unit Mediterranean & Africa.
