The epidemiological curve in Saudi Arabia is fluctuating, Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, said today, Jan. 23, in a press conference.

He added that the Kingdom looks forward to recording stability and decline in the number of COVID-19 infections following this stage.

Vaccines proved effective and useful for critical cases, the official said, calling upon hesitant individuals to hurry up with the vaccination.

The critical cases are much less than the numbers recorded in the previous waves, Al-Aali noted.
