Alkhaleej Training inks SAR 42.3 mln contract with ZATCA

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Jan. 18, a contract awarded by Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) to implement and operate the authority’s call center at a total amount of SAR 42.26 million.

The contract has a term of 12 months from the date of starting operations, the company said in a bourse statement.

Under the contract, Alkhaleej Training will operate the authority's call center by answering taxpayers’ inquiries and providing the necessary services and support to the beneficiaries through the center's communication channels.

The financial impact of this contract will appear during 2022 and beyond, the statement added, noting that the deal doesn’t include any related parties.
