Leejam opens 2 new men Xpress fitness centers in Riyadh, Dammam

Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) announced opening two men Xpress fitness centers in Riyadh and Dammam, today, Dec. 22, according to a bourse filing.

The centers, branded Fitness Time Xpress, will operate around the clock, with a low-cost operating model, but without swimming pools.

The centers will also be digitally enabled, with highly flexible subscriptions that start with a minimum commitment of one month, at a reasonable price, to make clubs and gyms more accessible to support the achievement of Vision 2030 goals.

The Dammam center is the company's 15th fitness center, while the Riyadh center is the 16th since the launch of the Fitness Time Xpress in November 2020.

Spanning 885 square meters (sqm), the Dammam center is located on Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Street, Ashulah District, while the Riyadh center is spread across 1,000 sqm on Dirab Road, Uqadh District.

The centers will have high-specification sports equipment as well as the latest designs for halls.

The relevant financial impact will appear as of the fourth quarter of 2021.

With this opening, the total number of Fitness Time centers operating inside and outside the Kingdom reaches 144.

The company will announce the opening of more new centers in the coming weeks, the statement added.
