Musaned withdraws licenses of 4 violating recruitment offices, liquidates financial guarantees

Musaned, which is an integrated platform specializes in domestic labor recruitment, issued four decisions on withdrawing the licenses of four violating recruitment offices, Saudi Press Agency reported. 

It added that the financial guarantees of such offices were liquidated in order to return the rights to their owners after the offices failed to address the complaints received by the platform.

A total of 64 other recruitment offices were alerted and given a grace period of one week to correct their status regarding customer complaints, the platform said, adding that more than 90 violating offices were suspended, in light of customer complaints.

All complaints are reviewed by a committee specialized in issuing criminal procedures according to the relevant controls.

Musaned indicated that if the office does not comply with the decision issued against it within 10 days, it will be stopped from the specified date.
