Saudi Cable appoints Noha Sulaimani as MD

Saudi Cable Co.'s board of directors approved today, Sept. 1, the appointment of board member Noha Sulaimani (independent) as Managing Director (MD) and the amendment to the membership status to an executive member.

The appointment will be effective from Sept. 2, until the end of the current term on Jan. 13, 2024, according to a bourse statement.

Sulaimani holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University and a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from Leeds University.

She worked as a certified compliance monitoring and compliance certificate, anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism and compliance advisor.

She has more than 14 years of experience in the financial sector and financial markets, and has extensive experience in the Capital Market Authority’s systems, banking sector regulations, risk management, and treasury and finance.
