United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) received Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) no-objection, on July 7, to appoint members of the audit committee, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointments start from the date of SAMA’s approval, until the end of the current term on Jan. 12, 2024.

 

The appointed members include Ahmed Tawfiq Al Khamies, Tariq Ali Bin Fayez and Muhammad Hadi Al-Duwais.

 

The SAMA approval is not final and the appointments will be presented for approval at the next meeting of the general assembly.
