7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

 

1) Alinma Bank completed the issuance and settlement of SAR 5 billion worth of additional Tier 1 sukuk through private placement.

 

2) Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group’s (HMG) subsidiary, Al Marakez Al Awwalyah for Healthcare Co., signed an agreement with Wajahat Al Hamra for Investment Co. (related party) to purchase 12 adjacent land plots in Riyadh for SAR 69.04 million.

 

3) The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will lift trading halt placed on shares of Arabian Pipes Co., as of today, July 4, since the company reported financial results for Q1 ended March 31.

 

4) Anaam International Holding Group signed an agreement with Saudi Wasit Establishment to acquire 51% stake in Saudi Wasit Factory for Entertainment & Beauty Systems for SAR 24.48 million.

 

5) Lazurde Company for Jewelry repaid a long-term credit facility of SAR 75 million using the proceeds from rights issue capital increase.

 

6) Saudi Real Estate Construction Co. (Tamear), wholly-owned by Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria), signed an allocation agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC).

 

7) Brent crude on Friday gained 33 cents to reach $76.17 per barrel while WTI crude decreased 7 cents to reach $75.16/bbl.
