United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) board of directors approved the appointment of Bassim Abdullah Alim as Chairman and Khalid Abdullah Aldabal as Vice Chairman, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee, investment committee and appointed the board secretary.

 

Moreover, the board approved the nomination of two new candidates to the audit committee, pending the approval of the next general assembly after obtaining permissions from competent authorities.

 

The board also appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Company (Tadawul).
