National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it received the wording of the final court ruling issued in its favor in November 2020, amounting to SAR 22.41 million, against an investor acquired final status.

 

On April 18, Thimar said a preliminary court ruling issued in its favor in November 2020, amounting to SAR 22.41 million, against an investor acquired final status.

 

The final judgment will be received within two weeks to initiate remaining measures, the company said in a bourse filing today, April 18, 2021.

 

In November 2020, Thimar announced that a preliminary court ruling was issued in its favor by Riyadh Commercial Court, amounting to a claim of SAR 22.41 million, for repayment of the remaining debt, Argaam reported.
