Shareholders of stc are set to vote on the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term starting from June 1, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 1, 2021.

 

The audit committee candidates are Waleed I. Shukri, Khaled A. AlAnkari, Medhat F. Tawfik and Ammr K. Kurdi.

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending the audit committee charter.

 

Electronic voting will start, on May 28, and will last until the end of the OGM time.
