Tabuk Cement Co. will start on Saturday, April 3, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 7, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
In March, the company invited its shareholders to vote on financial statements and audit report for 2020 at the OGM, Argaam reported.
