SAICO board recommends dividend freeze for 2020

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (SAICO) board of directors, on March 31, 2021, recommended withholding dividend for 2020, the insurer said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The move aims to support and strengthen the company's financial position for the purpose of financing future development plans

 

The recommendation is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the date of which will be determined later.
