The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) is currently conducting a study on localizing more professions across various sectors that are supervised by government authorities, Okaz newspaper reported.

 

The ministry said the study, which is being prepared in cooperation with other ministries, targets setting the proper vision for the Saudization decision that will be announced soon, in accordance with the preparedness of each profession.

 

Earlier, the HRSD ministry said it targets the employment of 115,000 citizens and Saudization of a number of qualitative professions in 2021, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The ministry also announced recently the Saudization of a number of jobs, including remote customer service, accounting, air transport, and customs clearance.
