Edaa deposits Amiantit subscribed securities into shareholders’ portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) credited, today, Dec. 31, the subscribed securities of Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. to the accounts of eligible securities' holders.

 

On Dec. 20, Amiantit announced the results of rights issue trading, noting that more than 10.6 million shares were subscribed, valued at SAR 106.23 million, from the offer of 12 million new shares, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

The final allocation of the company’s rights issue shares, was 602.8% covered.
