Shareholders of Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. approved the formation of the audit committee for the current term, starting on Dec. 28, 2020, and ending on July 24, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Dec. 28, 2020.

 

They also determined the remuneration and duties for the committee members.

 

The new audit committee includes Khalid Jaber al Zaidi, Raed Alrusaiyes and Waleed M. Marae.
