Industry ministry aims to find solutions for sector development: Alkhorayef

Bandar Alkhorayef, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, said that the ministry is cooperating with other government entities to find solutions for the sector’s development, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Saudi Arabia has a strong position in the global industrial system, thanks to its solid local industrial base and high confidence in local factories, which proved their ability to compete and offer high-quality products.

The Industry ministry’s initiatives aim to help investors overcome obstacles, develop local content in the Kingdom’s industrial sector and support its establishments, Alkhorayef added.

Alkhorayef also called on business sectors to submit their proposals for transforming promising areas into investment opportunities in the industrial sector.
