Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co.’s board of directors approved the formation of a nomination and remuneration committee for the three-year term ending Sept. 15, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The committee regulations will be discussed in the next general meeting, the statement added.
