Leejam Sports opens new ladies fitness center in Riyadh

Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) opened a new fitness center in Riyadh on Wednesday, Sept. 16, the company said in a bourse statement.

The facility is the fourth ladies center to open in the past 15 days, taking the total number of women’s centers to 36 from 32 at the end of Q2 2020. Total number of Fitness Time centers now stands at 136.

The financial impact of the launch will reflect Q3 2020 onwards, the company said.

The newly-opened center, spread over 9,385 square meters, is located on King Abdullah Road in Al Hamra District, Riyadh. The facility will include 13 shops with a rental space of 1,874 square meters.

The center will operate under the brand ‘Fitness Time-Ladies’ and will contain all the state-of-the-art facilities and services of that brand's category.

The latest successive launches confirm the company’s determination to continue expanding in the ladies’ fitness sector, in order to achieve Leejam’s strategy and provide high-quality services to the ladies’ fitness market in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the statement said.
