Maadaniyah elects new board, forms audit committee

National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co.'s (Maadaniyah) shareholders elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term ending May 24, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

This came during the company's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 11, 2020.

 

Shareholders also formed an audit committee and determined its authorities and remuneration for the next three-year term, the statement added.  

 

During the meeting, shareholders amended the articles of incorporation as well.
