Al-Omran withdraws request to move to Tadawul

Nomu-listed Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. withdrew its request to transition to the main market (Tadawul).

 

The company explained in a bourse filing on Monday that it will resubmit its request once all the requirements for transition are completed.

 

In February, the board of directors approved a decision to move the company to Tadawul. The request for transition was submitted on March 29, 2020, through the dedicated electronic system.

 

Al-Omran was listed on Nomu on Feb.26, 2017, with SAR 60 million in capital (6 million shares).
