Saudi banks raise investments in treasury bonds to SAR 400 bln in February
Saudi banks’ investments in treasury bonds increased by SAR 13.5 billion year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 400.2 billion in February 2020, new data from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
SAMA’s foreign assets declined by SAR 19.9 billion in February to around SAR 1.893 trillion.
