Fitaihi board to withhold dividend for H2 2019

Fitaihi Holding Group’s board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for the second half of 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company further clarified in the statement that retained earnings are insufficient to finance the dividend.

The decision is pending approval of the general assembly.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Fitaihi Group recently distributed a cash dividend of SAR 0.2 per share for H1 2019.
