Nomu-listed Arab Sea Information System Co. submitted a request on Tuesday to transition its shares from the parallel market to the main market via the dedicated electronic system, it said in a bourse statement.

 

In October, the company’s board of directors approved a decision to move the company to Tadawul, Argaam reported.

 

The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with KASB Capital in April 2019 to advise on its planned move to the main market, Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
