Alujain Corp.’s shareholders approved on Feb. 4 amending article 2 of the company’s bylaws related to its brand name, according to a bourse statement to Tadawul.

 

The company was rebranded to Alujain Holding.

 

Shareholders also approved the amendment of article 3 related to the company’s objectives.
