Al Rajhi REIT Fund extends MoU with Al Khaleej Training for 1 month

Al Rajhi Capital said that Al Rajhi REIT Fund has extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Al Khaleej Training & Education related to the acquisition of 3 educational properties for 31 days.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the MoU is extended till 31 December 2019 under the same terms and conditions.

 

On Mar. 31, 2019, AlKhaleej signed a preliminary deal with Al Rajhi REIT Fund for 180 days to sell and lease back three educational properties, and was extended for 30 days, starting from Oct. 1, 2019, Argaam reported.
