1) AlMa'athar REIT posted an operating profit of SAR 21.41 million for H1 2019, according to a bourse filing.
2) Arab National Bank (ANB) board of directors has recommended a 5 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 750 million.
3) Al Ahli Takaful Co.’s board of directors has recommended holding off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.
4) Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) board of directors has reappointed Tariq bin Abdul Aziz Al-Faris as board chairman for the new three-year term started on June 25, 2019.
5) The Knowledge Economic City (KEC) said 72 villas under the second phase of Dar Al-Jewar project were completed and will be delivered to buyers in Q4 2019.
6) Seera Holding Group inked a long-term financing agreement with Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), the company said in a bourse statement.
7) Brent crude on Friday gained 93 cents to reach $64.23/bbl, while WTI crude also increased 17 cents to reach $57.51/bbl.
