Almunajem clinches SAR 100 mln deal with Golden Chicken

Almunajem Foods Co. signed on Oct. 23 a contract with Golden Chicken Co. to produce and pack frozen chicken and chicken parts for the former under one of its owned brands.

 

The contract is valued at SAR 100 million and is valid for one renewable year, Almunajem said in a filing to Tadawul today, Oct. 24.

 

The relevant financial impact cannot be currently determined, and any material developments will be announced in due course.

 

The agreement comes in line with the company’s policy framework and its persistent endeavor to enhance and increase the local content of its overall product portfolio, Almunajem added.
