Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, June 26, the approval of Saudi Central Bank to re-appoint Jamal Al-Dabbagh as Chairman of the board of directors and Saud Al-Sulaiman as Vice Chairman for the current term ending on April 10, 2025, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, the company also obtained SAMA’s approval to form the board committees for the same term as follows: the Executive Committee will include Jamal Al-Dabbagh, as Chairman, Saud Al-Sulaiman, Majed Kareem and Taher Agueel as members.
Meanwhile, the Risk Management Committee is to include Majed Kareem, as Chairman, Mohamed Jazeel and Ehab Linjawi as members.
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Faisal Baassiri and include Jamal Al-Dabbagh, Mohammad Almunajjed and Ahmed Khogeer as members.
In addition, the Investment Committee will be chaired by Saud Al-Sulaiman and include Taher Agueel and Abdelwahab Abukwaik as members.
