During the launch of manpower strategy for local military industries sector
The General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) launched today, Feb. 6, the Human Capital Strategy for the local military industries sector.
The strategy aims to establish a stimulating system for the development of human cadres to ensure their readiness to achieve the Saudization goals of the sector.
GAMI will develop training and educational programs, as well as other policy, guidance and counseling programs with the relevant authorities to achieve the comprehensive development requirements.
This will also contribute to developing the necessary knowledge and capabilities in relevant fields and specializations related to the military and defense industries, in line with Vision 2030.
GAMI targets 50% localization of Saudi Arabia's military spending by 2030, Argaam earlier reported.
