Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) expects financial statements for Q3 2019 to be delayed until Dec. 31, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
Wafa Insurance was unable to publish its financial results on time as it hasn’t completed the required procedures to prepare the statements. In addition, the insurer also has to disclose the financial statements for Q1 and Q2 of FY19 first.
The relevant financial impact cannot be defined at first, the statement added.
