Middle East Healthcare Co.’s (MEAHCO), which owns and runs Saudi German Hospitals, board of directors has recommended to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step aims to support the expansion projects, renovate the hospital buildings and upgrade the medical equipment.
The decision is pending approval by the general assembly.
