Musharaka REIT posts SAR 42.5 mln net profit in 10 months

Musharaka REIT reported a net profit of SAR 42.46 million for the period from August 17, 2017 until June 30, 2018, fund manager Musharaka Capital said in a bourse statement.

 

Net asset value for the period was SAR 891.66 million, at SAR 10.13 per unit, based on 88 million units.

 

The fund recorded total fees and expenses of SAR 10.67 million.

 

Net yield for the period was 3.5 percent.
