MetLife AIG ANB to appoint new MD on June 27

MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Co. on June 27 will discuss and approve the board’s recommendation on appointing Rabie Abdel Khalek as a managing director as of January 1, 2018 until end on board term on August 28, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

They will also approve the regulations for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees.

 

During the meeting, shareholders will approve the board of directors’ report, an audit report and all financial statements for 2017.

 

Shareholders will also discharge board members from liability associated with their activities in 2017, and select an external auditor for 2018 and Q1 2019.
