MESC appoints Khalid Al-Maummar as independent board member

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors has appointed Khalid Nasser Al-Maummar as an independent board member, replacing Abdulraouf bin Waleed Al-Bitar.

 

Al-Maummar’s appointment is effective as of March 1, until the end of the current term on July 1, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
