Saudi Arabia invests in everything it believes will contribute to a suitable transition to green energy, Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman stated. 

 

At Future Minerals Forum, Abdulaziz bin Salman said that the world will face an inevitable issue if there is no security to protect the energy sector, affirming that the Kingdom, in its pioneering role, leads and works regionally and globally in many activities with the aim of preserving the sector.

 

The Kingdom is seriously interested in climate change issues, taking the initiative and looking forward to the existence of a regional carbon market.

 

He expressed Saudi Arabia keenness to gain leadership in diverse fields, indicating that the Kingdom’s green initiatives represent a major pillar for net zero future.
